For a calculator issue, include the exact page, each input and unit, the displayed result, the expected result, and the formula or source used for comparison. Use sample data and remove customer names, addresses, load numbers, account numbers, equipment identifiers, and other sensitive information.
For accessibility issues, include the device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the control or content that prevented completion.
Appropriate requests
Useful requests describe the decision, required inputs, expected outputs, units, and primary source. Security reports should not exploit, retain, or transmit other people's data and should not test Netlify or another provider without authorization.
Do not use this channel for emergencies, active safety issues, filing deadlines, dispatch instructions, legal disputes, loan decisions, or other time-sensitive professional advice.

You may also email utilitycalcs@gmail.com. Messages are reviewed for actionable calculator, content, accessibility, and security details, but no response time is guaranteed. Driver Pay Calc cannot provide individualized tax, legal, dispatch, lending, safety, insurance, or emergency advice.
When reporting a calculation, include a reproducible example with non-sensitive data. When suggesting a tool, explain the decision it should support and the source documents a user would normally have.
How reports are evaluated
Calculator reports are checked by reproducing the submitted values, confirming units, tracing the visible formula, and comparing the output with a supported expectation. Content reports are checked against the strongest available primary source and its effective date. A source that describes a different quarter, jurisdiction, fuel type, contract, filing status, or equipment configuration may not support the proposed change.
A responsible security report should describe the affected page, expected behavior, observed behavior, and a safe reproduction method. Do not attempt denial of service, social engineering, credential attacks, access to another person's data, or testing of Netlify infrastructure outside the site's authorization. Accessibility reports receive the same practical reproduction process and should state the task that could not be completed.
